You can bring in all these training and Supporting materials. But when do you need to?

  • Reference Manuals

  • PowerPoints for Classroom Instruction

  • Online FAQ’s

  • Job Aid’s (“cheat sheets”)

  • Workbooks

  • Lab Activities

  • Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Along with E-learning

When you need training that will affect about 1,000 employees, consider starting with just e-learning and supporting job aids. However, if your new process impacts more than 1,000 employees and perhaps globally, up the playing field. By providing a reference manual and instructor-led training along with e-learning, this helps ensure your employees will be getting an overall embedded knowledge. You may want to consider an LMS to track how well they have learned. With this type of training, it will lessen the learning curve and therefore soften the impact to your firm.
