Most of the time, Abbie Martin (the ID) would draft the storyboard and the SME(s) would edit it - sometimes though, the storyboard would have been initially ramped up by the SME and Abbie Martin added the recommended interactivity, narration, updated on-screen text, video, etc. to support the initial context
